Deputy Minister Mościcka-Dendys attends Advisory Legal Committee

Today’s Committee session focused on selected topics raised in this year’s report adopted by the International Law Commission and practical aspects of the application of the International Agreements Act.
The participants discussed in particular the chapters of the Commission’s report devoted to state representatives’ immunity from foreign criminal jurisdiction, implications of sea level rise for the international law, and ancillary measures for determining international law rules.
Secondly, the Committee members debated the application of the Polish International Agreements Act.
