Deputy Minister Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski visits India and Vietnam

On 9–12 December, Secretary of State Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski paid working visits to India and Vietnam.
Visit to India
The deputy minister started his visits on 9 December by attending Rising Rajasthan Global Investment Summit, which brings together representatives of business, politics, as well as delegations of third countries, such as Denmark, Germany, and Japan.
On the sidelines of the summit, Deputy Foreign Minister Władysław Teofil Bartoszewski met with local authorities, including with the chief minister of Rajasthan’s government, and the minister of industry and commerce of Rajasthan. The deputy MFA head discussed extending economic cooperation between Poland and Rajasthan, India’s largest state.
Visit to Vietnam
While in Vietnam, Deputy Foreign Minister Bartoszewski held talks with the deputy minister of foreign affairs, the deputy minister of industry and trade, the deputy governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, the deputy head of the Commission for External Relations of the Central Committee of Communist Party of Vietnam and the chairperson of the Polish–Vietnamese Parliamentary Group. Minister Bartoszewski discussed the state and prospects for bilateral cooperation between Poland and Vietnam and the preparations for the celebrations of the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries (which falls on 5 February). The anniversary celebrations will be marked by a special logo, which was unveiled during a ceremony at the Polish Embassy in Hanoi.
