The aim of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation between the MFA and its partners in local governments and non-governmental organisations.

A number of workshops were held during the two-day meeting, one of which focused on the diplomatic protocol. Its participants received valuable advice to be used in their daily work. Another important item on the agenda was a training on countering disinformation run by experts from the MFA’s Department for Strategic Communications and Countering Foreign Disinformation. The participants also discussed prospects for cooperation between Polish regions and partners from mainland China and Taiwan.

Cooperation in the area of effective promotion and communication was also talked about in view of Poland's upcoming presidency of the Council of the European Union and the Expo 2025 in Osaka.
