Limitation of the Consular Section operations in New Delhi

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, starting from 22nd April 2021 Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland in New Delhi limits its operations until further notice.
New rules regarding Consular Section operations:
- No new visa applications will be accepted at the Consular Section.
- Re-appeals (which should lodged at Consular Section) will not be accepted at the Consular Section. Applicants whose period for re-appeal passes on 22nd April and on the onward days will be allowed to lodge their re-appeals after resumption of the operations. This rule does not apply to re-appeals which should be lodged at VFS (they should be lodged timely).
- Applications already lodged will be processed and decisions will be made accordingly.
- Passport collection timing: 3 – 4 PM.
- Applications lodged via VFS will be processed and sent back to VFS for the collection (subject to the VFS operations). Re-appeals via VFS should be lodged in the prescribed period of 14-days (subject of VFS operations).
- Documents for the legal issues should be sent by post. Payments should be done by bank transfer.
- Only one person will be allowed inside the Consular Section hall.
