The Consular Section suspends the reception of consular applicants.

The measure applies both to the admittance of new applications and to the collection of documents in cases already submitted.
The reception of consular applicants will be limited solely to justified and urgent cases, with priority given to Polish citizens in situations requiring immediate reaction.
During this period all appointments registered in the e-Konsulat system are canceled and new appointments will not be added available in the system.
The Consular Section will contact all registered applicants informing them that their visits have been canceled. Once the ordinary organization of the office's work is restored they will be contacted about the possibility to submit their cases without the need to register again in the e-Konsulat system.
