Participation of Polish artists in the Music and Art Festival (K&M Fest) in Stavanger

On July 24-August 1. another edition of the Music and Art Festival (K&M Fest) took place in Stavanger. Poland was represented at the Festival by opera singer Kornelia Szczypka and violinist Adam Suska. The festival was supported by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo.
During Festival, Kornelia Szczypka sang during several concerts: "From Grieg to Gershwin" on July 25, "Norwegian Romances" and "Royal Music Feast" on July 27, "Romantic Voices in the ruins of the church in Sola" on July 29 and in the "Concert of Friends" on August 1, during which works of such outstanding Plosh composers as Chopin, Wieniawski, Karłowicz and Szymanowski were performed. Adam Suska performed during the Festival in "La Cabaret Imaginaire" on July 26, "Royal Musical Feast" on July 27, "Love Triangle" on July 28, "From Paris with Love" on July 31 and in "Concert of Friends" on August 1.
Except Polish artists, the Festival hosted such a world celebrities of classical music as - among others - Philippe Graffin, Laurens Weinhold, Tora Augestad and Laura Romero.
