04.05.2022The IAEA First-Ever International Conference on Nuclear LawMore than 900 experts from nearly 130 countries attended the first international conference on nuclear law. This was the first-ever such event hosted by IAEA. The PAA representatives also participated in the conference. The Polish delegation was headed by President Dr Łukasz Młynarkiewicz.

21.04.2022Polish experts and American nuclear technologyThe representatives of the National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA) and the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) are now participating in a 3-month on-the-job training (OJT) in the US. The purpose is to strengthen the Agency’s human resources of experts and inspectors, who will be participating in the supervision and operation of the first nuclear power plant in Poland.

07.04.2022PAA attends the WENRA plenary meetingOn 5 and 6 April 2022, in Bonn, Germany, there was a plenary meeting of the Western European Nuclear Regulators Association (WENRA). The meeting was attended by the heads of European nuclear regulators. Poland was represented by the Vice President, Mr Andrzej Głowacki.
