For detailed requirements, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland.

You will have to submit your visa application to the consulate in your country of residence. We recommend that you fill in your application as soon as possible – the processing and handling time may vary due to individual circumstances or other specific requirements.

Feel free to attach the Registration Confirmation Letter sent to you by the United Nations IGF Secretariat concerning your registration – this will facilitate the procedure.
