Passport duty in Melbourne - NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS

Consulate General in Poland kindly informs that the passport duty will be held in Melbourne on 5th, 6th and 7th of February, 2020.
Attention! To meet many requests and due to the vastness of Melbourne, the duty will take place in three different locations:

REMINDER
- Persons whose passports expired before 2013 are obliged to submit a documents confirming their Polish citizenship (to be obtained at the competent voivodship office in Poland). Both the original document and its copy should be submitted (a copy will remain on the Consulate’s files).
- Persons without a PESEL number must submit Polish documents from the Registry Office in Poland (birth certificate, marriage certificate), otherwise it will not be possible to download biometric data, and thus accept his/her passport application. Both the original document and its copy should be submitted (a copy will remain on the Consulate’s files).
- Persons who have changed their marital status and / or personal data are obliged to submit relevant decisions of the Registry Office in Poland. Both the original documents and their copies should be submitted (copies will remain on the Consulate’s files). Foreign documents are not accepted.
- Parents submitting passport applications on behalf of their minor children are required to present valid ID document and child’s birth certificate. Both the original documents and their copies should be submitted (copies will remain on the Consulate’s files).
- Proof of payment in paper form must be attached to the passport application at the time of its submission.
In order to provide a smooth service to our clients, persons scheduled for meetings are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier with their passport applications already completed (available at www.sydney.msz.gov.pl), all appropriate photocopies and printed confirmation of the payment.
Fees should be paid directly the Consulate’s account or to be submitted in the form of Money Order payable to the Polish Consulate in Sydney, according to the current List of Consular Fees Http://www.sydney.msz.gov.pl/pl/informacje_konsularne_/oplaty_konsularne/. Persons requesting passport to be send by post should include extra 15 AUD for postage and handling.
