A video from the remembrance commemoration in the City of Ottawa Confederation Park marking the 77th anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising & recognizing 26 airmen who supported the heroic insurgents that fought for the freedom of their city and Poland.

The 1944 Warsaw Uprising was one of the largest resistance operations in German-occupied Europe during #WW2. Poles fought like lions, to the very end. Today, in a minute of silence, we thank and pay tribute to all those who risked and lost their lives for the ground we stand on.
