Change in the consular fees for C-type Schengen visa

The Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ottawa and the Consulates General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver inform that as of June 11, 2024, the fee for Schengen visa will rise.

The fee change includes the acceptance and review of a Schengen visa (C-Type). The visa fee for the Schengen visa application will increase to 132 CAD, and for children aged 6-12 to 66 CAD.

IMPORTANT! The fee will be implemented on June 11 of this year and will be updated on our list of the consular fees. 

The Visa Code harmonises the fees charged for short-stay visas by all the Schengen states. Every three years, the European Commission reviews these amounts and adjusts them if necessary.
