Passport services in Edmonton and Calgary - March 2020

Next passport services will be held in March 2-3, 2020 and Calgary March 4-5, 2020. Please note that the number of available slots is limited!

Please note that next passports services will be held in Edmonton and Calgary on the following dates and locations:
Edmonton:
March 2-3, 2020 hours 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM
Place - "Polish Hall", 10960 104th Street NW Edmonton, AB T5H 2W6 (the SPK room)
Calgary:
March 4-5, 2020 hours 9.00 AM – 5.00 PM
Place - Polish Canadian Cultural Centre (Polish Hall), 3015 15th Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 7L8
During the passports services fees are accepted only in the form of money order, bank draft or certified cheque addressed to "Consulate General of Poland". Please check with the passport information to provide all the necessary documents when applying (please bring all the original documents with their photocopies). Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Additionally please bring pre-paid return postage envelope (mail type "acknowledgment of receipt" for example: Registered Mail, Canada Xpress Post etc.) in exchange for return postage fee.
It is necessary to subscribe to passport service by:
Edmonton – Register on-line at https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl (Country: Canada; Diplomatic mission: Vancouver; Passport matters; Please select the proper Consular Office: Edmonton – Consular visit)
Calgary – Register on-line at https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl (Country: Canada; Diplomatic mission: Vancouver; Passport matters; Please select the proper Consular Office: Calgary – Consular visit)
Please note that on printed confirmation of registration there will be address of Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vancouver but your passport visit will take place in one of the above mentioned places for passport services in Edmonton and Calgary.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the appointed time in order to fulfill the passport application.
