From August 1st 2023, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ottawa opens the schedule of appointments in all consular services via the e-konsulat system and extends office hours for clients with consular issues. Thanks to this, you can book the date of your visit without waiting in line.

Please be advised that from Tuesday August 1st 2023, you will need to make an appointment for a visit regarding passport, visa, legal, citizenship or Polish diaspora issues, at the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Ottawa only via the e-konsulat system.

How to book an appointment?

You should book an appointment via the e-konsulat system. Visiting hours depend on the consular office you will choose to submit your application – you will choose the date and the time of the visit suitable for you once you register for a visit. Please take into account the mentioned circumstances and plan your visit to our office well in advance.

New office hours for clients with consular issues

At the same time from August 1st 2023 we extend the office hours for clients with consular issues. We invite you in the following hours: 

Monday: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Tuesday: 1:00 PM-5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM-1:00 PM

During the transition period, in particularly justified and critical cases, the consular office may receive the applicants without a pre-booked appointment.
