Screening of Polish short films „Laika” and „Elizabeth”

As part of this year’s edition of “Petit Plan Screenings: Europa” festival, two Polish short films are presented: “Laika”, directed by Aleksandra Duda and “Elizabeth”, directed by Wojciech Klimala. The festival takes place at the Hellenic American College premises, from 3 to 6 of February.

Laika

The “Laika” is an animated story of the first dog who traveled in space in 1957.
The film “Elizabeth” shows the story of a former miss, now a retired hairdresser, Elizabeth, who decides to take part in a mature beauty contest. Various secrets are being revealed during the competition. 

 

The screenings are scheduled: 
“Elizabeth” on Tuesday, February 4th, 19:00 – 21:00 
“Laika” on Thursday, February 6th, 10:00 – 13:00
