„Slavs and the Greek Revolution” – International Conference

In the frame of celebration of the 200th anniversary of the outbreak of the Greek Revolution, the Department of the Russian Language and Literature and Slavic Studies of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens will organize an international conference on the role of Slavs in the revolution.

Slavs in the Greek Revolution seminar

The conference, which will be attended by speakers from seven countries (Greece, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Bosnia, USA) will take place online on June 4th and 5th.

Prof. Maria Kalinowska from the University of Warsaw and Dr. Anastasia Chatzigiannidi from the University of Athens will speak about Poles in the Greek Revolution
