New visa application procedure

Following our former statement (https://www.gov.pl/web/iraq/important-notice-e-consulate) we would like to introduce a change in the application process.

Dear Guests,

Starting from the 9th of December, 2020, the e-konsulat system (www.e-konsulat.gov.pl)  will be available only to fill in & print the application forms. In order to make an appointment for visa interview in the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland the applicants will be required to send an e-mail to erbil.consul@msz.gov.pl (with attached copy of visa application form, passport (plus an Iraqi/ Kurdistani residence proof in case of 3rd country citiziens) and document entitling to apply for visa, e.g. final acceptance letter in case of applying for student visa)  every Wednesday, starting from 2 pm – for the next available interview dates.

Please also review the current, pandemic related regulations limiting entry to Poland for foreigners.

The applications not matching the requirements will not be accepted.

Only the correct applications (for both National/ D and Schengen/C visas will be considered eligible for processing) on “the first come first served” basis. Confirmation will be sent by 4 p.m. every following Thursday to the accepted applicants, with date of the interview specified.
