Polish humanitarian aid for Kurdistan Regional Government

On 2nd of March 2021 H.E. Mr. Marcin Kubiak, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Baghdad, participated at the Erbil International Airport in handover operation of the Polish humanitarian aid for Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on account of COVID-19 pandemic.

Ambassador M.Kubiak was accompanied by the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Erbil, Mr.Dominik Musiał and the Polish Defence Attaché, Col.Marcin Chruśliński. The relevant KRG authorities were represented by the members of the Diplomatic Protocol of the Department of Foreign Relations and the Ministry of Health. As part of the relief effort, Poland airlifted blankets, surgical gowns, towels and sheets which were forwarded by the Material Reserves Agency.
