The visit to the Polish Military Contingent (Iraq) in al-Assad airbase

On 21st-22nd of February 2021 H.E. Mr. Marcin Kubiak, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Baghdad and the Polish Defence Attaché, Col.Marcin Chruśliński paid a visit to the Polish Military Contingent in Iraq (PMC Iraq) in al-Assad airbase in the al-Anbar governorate.

During their stay they met the Commander of the PMC Iraq, Col.Mirosław Bodnar and his soldiers, among others. They also participated in the morning briefing. Amb.M.Kubiak thanked PMC Iraq members for their service which contributed to the consolidation of positive image of Poland in Iraq as well as strengthening of its position in the international arena.
