Let's celebrate the World Bicycle Day!

On the occasion of the World Bicycle Day, which falls on June 3, the Ambassador of Poland Prof. Arkady Rzegocki is joined by Malcolm Noonan T.D., the Minister of State for Nature, Heritage and Electoral Reform for a cycle as well as to talk about the benefits of cycling.

They also invite Sergeant Gavin Coleman from The Garda Roads Policing Division to remind everyone on how to be a safe and responsible cyclist.

The World Bicycle Day was established by The United Nations in 2018 as a result of a long and intensive campaign undertaken by a former POLISH cyclist turned academic, Professor LESZEK SIBILSKI.
