Amendments concerning restrictions, prohibitions and orders in connection with the occurrence of a pandemic in Poland

The regulation provides the abolition of most of the restrictions, orders and prohibitions in force to date (established by the repealed regulation of 25 February 2022), including, inter alia, the abolition of the order to cover the mouth and nose (with the exception of buildings in which medical activities are carried out and in pharmacies - until 30 April 2022 ), quarantine, isolation or home isolation, undergoing compulsory quarantine after crossing the Polish border, or the requirement to have a negative diagnostic test result for SARS-CoV-2 when crossing the Polish border from countries outside the Schengen/EU zone.
We would like to inform that on 28 March 2022, the Ordinance of the Council of Ministers of 25 February 2022 on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic (Journal of Laws, item 679) entered into force.
