Security rules during the elections of Members of the European Parliament in the Republic of Poland in 2024

Voting

In connection with the elections of Members of the European Parliament scheduled for June 9, 2024, we would like to inform you that on the election day:

  1. Each voter will be subject to a security check before entering the headquarters of the District Electoral Commission No. 91 in Amman: 3 Mahmoud Seif Al-Din Al-Irani Street, Amman 11194 (marked entrance - gate leading to the Consular and Polish Diaspora Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Amman).
     
           The inspection will be carried out by authorized office staff.
     
  2. Entry to the headquarters of the District Election Commission No. 91 in Amman will be possible only after presenting a valid passport.
     
  3. It will not be possible to bring larger items (e.g. suitcases, bags, backpacks, plastic bags), weapons and other items for self-defense (e.g. hand-held gas throwers) or sharp and flammable items to the headquarters of the District Election Commission No. 91 in Amman.

             Voters will be able to bring a personal bag or satchel.

             It is not possible to deposit the above-mentioned items at the headquarters of the District Election Commission No. 91 in Amman.
     
  4. Polling station opening hours: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (local time).
     

NOTE: Due to the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the enthronement of King Abdullah II in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan organized on election day (causing communication difficulties throughout the country), please plan your journey to the Electoral Commission in advance in order to exercise your right to vote.
