06.02.2025
On 6 February, the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Lucjan Karpiński, and the Consul, Adrian Browarczyk, visited the Mashrek International School in Amman in order to present the Polish academic offer. The meeting, which was organized on the initiative of a graduate of the Silesian Medical University in Katowice, Dr. Yousif Al-Dulaimi, with the support of the Embassy, was attended by representatives of the school administration, parents, and students.
The discussion included the possibilities of studying in Poland, living conditions in the country, and the experiences of Jordanian and Iraqi graduates of Polish universities. Formal requirements applicable to the student visa procedure were also discussed.
This was the second meeting with the school's students (the first was organized in September 2023).
Materials from the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) were used at the meeting.
Mashrek International School was established in 1992 as a bilingual, coeducational private school. The entity offers education in the IB World School system and currently educates almost 2,000 children.
