All Saints’ Day at Langata Cemetery and at Nairobi War Cemetery, 2024

On October 31st 2024 employees of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland visited Langata Cemetery and Nairobi War Cemetery to commemorate the deceased and fallen Poles in exile and to lay flowers on their graves.

All Saints’ Day at Langata Cemetery and at Nairobi War Cemetery, 2024

In Langata Cemetery there are around 25 graves of Polish citizens and memorial plate of Eustachy Kajetan Sapieha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland in interwar period. In Nairobi War Cemetery lay buried two polish pilots who gave their lives fighting for the Allied Powers and for independent Poland during the World War II.
