Information for foreigners - appointments at the Consular Section

MFA

Due to the persistent pandemic crisis and limitation of non-essential travels, the following groups of foreigners can apply for visa to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland:

  1. Spouses and children of citizens of the Republic of Poland,
  2. Foreigners who have the right to work in the territory of the Republic of Poland, i.e. foreigners entitled to work under the same conditions as Polish citizens, who have a work permit, a certificate of entry in the register regarding seasonal work, a statement on entrusting work to a foreigner on the territory of the Republic of Poland and who:
    • perform work on the territory of the Republic of Poland or
    • present documents showing that the work will start immediately after crossing the border,
  3. Pupils, students, participants of post-graduate studies, Ph. D. students,
  4. Scientists conducting scientific research or development works in Poland.

 

Applicants shall contact the consulate via e-mail atnairobi.amb.wk@msz.gov.pl, giving as a title of the message: VISA APPOINTMENT. Please attach scans of the documents that justify the visa application.

After having received the visa appointment date, the applicant shall complete and print the correct visa form from the website: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl in the tab: National Visa - Fill in form or Schengen Visa - Fill in form, depending on the type of visa you are applying for. The list of necessary documents is available on our website and also depends on the type of visa.
