Poland closes borders as coronavirus spreads. State of epidemic emergency declared.

Polish government has taken another actions in combating coronavirus. The new rules apply from Sunday, March 15., 2020.
Poland has declared a state of epidemic emergency and temporarily closed its borders to non-citizens. Starting from Sunday, March 15, 2020:
1. Poland is suspending international passenger air and rail services.
2. Border controls will be temporarily restored.
3. A ban on entry to Poland for foreigners has been introduced (exempted: spouses and children of Polish citizens, holders of Karta Polaka, diplomats and persons with the right of permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Poland or holders of a valid work permit).
4. All citizens returning from abroad must go under a two week-long civil voluntary quarantine.
5. Only grocery stores, pharmacies and laundry facilities will operate in the shopping malls.
6. Restaurants, bars and cafes will only be able to operate takeaways and delivery.
7. Banks and financial facilities remain open.
8. Public gatherings of more than 50 people have been banned.
Controls at all Polish borders have initially been introduced for 10 days, with a possible extension to 20 days and then by another month.
