Poland in Kenya

Poland was represented by Mirosław Gojdź, ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Kenya, and Paweł Kurtasz, president of the management board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency. In his speech, Ambassador Mirosław Gojdź emphasized that Polish and Kenyan entrepreneurs are opening the way to increasingly closer cooperation between both countries and the organization of the Forum will contribute to even closer economic relations.

Kenya was represented by Abubakar Hassan Abubakar, principal secretary of the Ministry of Trade and Industry Investment and Sally Mahihu, chairwoman of the Kenya Investment Authority. In his speech, Minister Hassan assured visiting investors that Kenya is a safe haven for investment.

During the Forum, the economic relations of both countries and their trade and investment potential were presented. In the second part of the Forum, B2B meetings of Polish and Kenyan companies were held.
 
The organizers of the Forum were the Polish Investment and Trade Agency and the Kenya Investment Authority with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi.

Over 400 representatives of business and economic organizations from both countries took part in the forum. Entrepreneurs agreed that the effects of the Forum exceeded expectations and many very promising business contacts were established. The organizers received numerous congratulations.
