Visit of the Consul of the Republic of Poland in Uganda

From March 22 to 25 this year. Dominika Mosek, Consul of the Republic of Poland in Nairobi, went on a official visit to Kampala.
During her stay, she held meetings with Amb. Aisa Ismail, Director of Diplomatic Protocol and Benon Kayemba, Director of the Consular Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kampala. The Polish Consul also met with Ephraim Kamuntu, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Uganda, at the new headquarters of the honorary consulate, where further tasks for 2024 were discussed, in particular regarding developing and deepening economic cooperation between Poland and Uganda.
During the meeting with the Polish community and the Polish clergy, th Consul discussed possibilities of promoting Polish culture and strengthening the image of Poland in this country and a consular duty was held, during which Poles had the opportunity to submit applications for a passport. March 25 this year Dominika Mosek, together with the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Poland in Uganda, visited the Polish Refugee Cemetery in Koja, where candles were lit.
