Poland in Lebanon

On March 16^th, 2023, The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beirut organized a gathering that aimed to revive the Polish traditions related to Easter. At the same time artistic workshops for Polish children were performed.

Several Polish families permanently living in Lebanon, joined the event. The children had the opportunity to become familiar with numerous traditions cultivated in Poland, such as palm making for Palm Sunday blessing, Easter Egg coloring and decoration, sowing cress, the symbolism of Easter basket items and its preparation.

The enthusiasm of the participants gave fruition to stunning works of art.
