Poland in Lebanon

On June 1, 2024, the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beirut organized a picnic, on the occasion of Children's Day, in the gardens of the prestigious school run by the Jesuits - Collège Notre Dame de Jamhour.

Several dozens of people from the Polish diaspora attended the event. The youngest, teenagers and parents eagerly participated in different kinds of games and sports activities.

Our meetings are inevitably accompanied by ecological and educational discussions. We are continuing the project of planting trees to commemorate the Polish presence in Lebanon. 
This was also the case during the picnic, more trees were planted by representatives of the Polish community. In addition, the children presented their own art works entitled "Polish nature monuments".
