Information on consular services

Please be advised that in accordance with Decision No. 152 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 8 December 2020 on the establishment of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Mongolia, from 1 January 2024, consular functions on the territory of Mongolia will be performed by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ulaanbaatar, and not by the Consular Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Beijing, as before.

From 3 January, it is possible to book appointments to apply for a national D visa in the e-Konsulat system (https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/).

Short-term visas (C visas) should be applied for as before, i.e. to the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ulaanbaatar (through the office of VFS Global in Ulaanbaatar).

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ulaanbaatar is scheduled to start accepting applications for C visas in the 2nd quarter of 2024. Information about the exact date will be published on the post's website.
