dr Paweł Kuch

Paweł Kuch, PhD is a legal counsel, an expert in the field of negotiations, mergers & acquisitions, personal data protection, creating business and legal strategies as well as international trade contracts and the author of a number of scientific publications. He is a lawyer and economist by education and has long-time experience in team leadership, both in the economic, financial and R&D sectors. He received his doctoral degree on the University of Zurich.

For the last 14 years he ran his own law firm representing entities in the field of civil law, labour law, intellectual property law, aviation law and others. He also has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

Since 9th of August 2022, acting director of the National Centre for Research and Development.
