Doctor of economics, graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. Expert on research, innovation and higher education policy with long-standing  experience. She has coordinated multiple scientific projects and participated in evaluation studies and research. Author and co-author of numerous publications on innovation, research and higher education sector. In NCBR she coordinates and prepares evaluation and analyses projects (including methodology).
