Before September, 2019, I served in Tunghai University, Taiwan as a Chemical Engineering Professor. After then, I temporarily removed my career from the university to the government and was posted in Prague to be the director of Science and Technology Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office. My job is to enhance the cooperation between Taiwan and several east-central Europe countries, including Poland. Taiwan is well known for its semiconductor technology development, which had formed a geographical chip cluster. As a technology attaché in Europe, I am quite looking forward to deepen the cooperation with other countries.
