Experienced manager, entrepreneur, and investor who, during his career, participated in numerous ventures in Poland, USA, SEA, EU, Africa and LATAM.
He has many years of experience in managing Seed and Venture Capital investment funds, where he also dealt with commercialization of scientific results, cooperation between science and business and acceleration of new technologies. He specializes in strategic management - in formulating and implementing corporate development strategies, building value, planning, and streamlining processes, and designing and implementing business models.
He gained experience, among others, in financial institutions such as the World Bank Group (IBRD, IFC, MIGA) and employer organizations such as Lewiatan.
He is a graduate of Biotechnology at the University of Warmia and Mazury and the Warsaw School of Economics.
