Professor at the Silesian University of Technology and Deputy Director of the Knowledge Management Department of the Future Industry Platform Foundation. He specialises in consultancy in automation and robotics, control, mechatronics, industrial diagnostics, state prediction based on graph methods and MEMS technology. Author and co-author of more than 120 scientific publications. Co-author of 5 patents granted by the Polish Patent Office and one European patent. Participated in 14 scientific research projects and 17 educational and training programmes funded by the EU (e.g. from the Human Capital Operational Programme, the European Social Fund) and the National Training Fund. Author of 13 original teaching materials (subjects) compliant with the requirements of the National Qualifications Framework KRK in Polish and English. Co-author of 16 industrial implementations (including innovative machinery, process lines and quality control stations). Participant in 12 industrial internships in the field of automated manufacturing and Industry 4.0.  Since 2007, he has been involved with various industrial sectors in design, implementation, scientific research projects and engineering training. Author of 28 comprehensive training materials in the fields of automation, diagnostics, prediction and Industry 4.0. Certified trainer of the ADMA method.
