Umut EGE

He is a senior expert and program coordinator at The Scientific and Technological Research Center of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK - the leading agency for management, funding, and conduct of research in Türkiye) with a history of working in different departments in the field of coordinating research, development and innovation projects, since 2007. Also experienced in grant programs for researchers in Türkiye and has knowledge of the Turkish science and innovation ecosystem.

Since January 2018 he is the national contact point of TÜBİTAK for bilateral relations with Poland in science and technology projects. Conducted the three joint calls for proposals with NCBR since 2018.

As a member of the Directorate for International Cooperation Department, Bilateral and Multilateral Relations Division, he is working as the National Project Coordinator (NPC) of TÜBİTAK for Eureka.

He is a graduate of Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Public Finance department and got his master's degree from Hacettepe University in Finance.
