Since 2001, he has been professionally involved in accounting, controlling and corporate finance. Gained many years of experience in the areas of corporate finance management, investment settlements and controlling, among others as a financial director, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and conducting consultancy and advisory activities.

In the course of his professional career, he repeatedly participated in capital transactions, both on the selling and the buying side. He advised on M&A transactions, restructuring and carried out due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. At the request of private investors, successfully carried out several processes of entering and leaving investments, achieving high rates of return for investors. A lawyer and political scientist by education (University of Wrocław), a graduate of post-graduate studies “Accounting and financial control” at the University of Economics in Wroclaw.
