12.01.2022
On 13 January, Foreign Minister Zbigniew Rau will take part in a session of the Permanent Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to officially present the agenda and priorities of Poland’s OSCE Chairmanship.
While in Vienna, Poland’s top diplomat, the incumbent OSCE Chairman-in-Office through 2022, will also meet the heads of OSCE field operations and autonomous institutions.
The Permanent Council is an OSCE body that meets once a week at the level of Permanent Representatives of the OSCE participating States. Several times a year, the meetings are held at the level of foreign ministers. The purpose of the Council’s first session in the new year is to present the incoming Chair’s agenda.
