The main OSCE meeting in the political-military dimension discussed current issues in relation to armed conflict, arms control and non-military threats such as terrorism, organized crime, border security and cyber security.

In this context, he pointed to Russia's violation of the territorial integrity of Moldova and Georgia. - Also Belarus reproduces aggressive attitudes toward its neighbors using hybrid tools, such as illegal migration and aggressive rhetoric - he stressed.
Mr Rau also criticized Russia's destructive actions in the area of arms control, including its recent decision to terminate the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe. He noted that the OSCE must not surrender its principles at any cost and Russia must not feel that the use of force against other countries can serve to achieve political goals.
