On 24 February, the 3rd anniversary of the start of Russia's full-scale war against Ukraine, a meeting of the OSCE's Reinforced Permanent Council was also held in the format of OSCE participating States' foreign ministers. The majority of OSCE participating States condemned in their statements the illegal, unprovoked and unjustifiable Russian aggression against Ukraine, called on Russia to comply with OSCE commitments and the Helsinki Decalogue, and assured Ukraine of continued political, economic, humanitarian and military support. Ministers and Deputy Foreign Ministers of OSCE participating States stressed that a lasting and just peace can only be achieved if Ukraine is included in the peace negotiations.
