Winter Meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly

Polish parliamentarians participated in the annual Winter Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly held on 22-23 February 2024 in Vienna.
During the two-day session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, parliamentarians representing the parliaments of OSCE participating States discussed within the framework of three General Committees: on Political Affairs and Security; on Democracy, Human Rights and Humanitarian Questions; and on Economic Affairs, Science, Technology and Environment. Topics at this year's winter session included the OSCE's activities in Ukraine; the impact of artificial intelligence on security issues; as well as the situation of political prisoners and dissidents.
The Polish Sejm and Senate delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly was led by MP Michał Kobosko, who appealed to maintain aid to Ukraine: military, humanitarian and financial. - It is time to act, because Putin will not stop. This is a very serious threat to all of us - underlined MP Kobosko in his speech.
More than 230 parliamentarians from 54 participating States attended the winter meeting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.
