The bid opening will be held at the Seller's premises Street 24, G-5/4 Diplomatic Enclave II ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN at noon  10^th March 2020 r.

The car will be accessible to a public view  at the Seller's premises Street 24, G-5/4 Diplomatic Enclave II ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN on March 10^th 2020 from 9.00 to 15.00.

DEPOSIT OF BID SECURITY

The bidder is obliged to deposit a bid security in cash in the amount of 1800 EUR at the Embassy's cash desk: Street 24, G-5/4 Diplomatic Enclave II ISLAMABAD, PAKISTAN with a note: „Wadium – Toyota Land Cruiser Prado”.

A bid security will be refunded in cash at the same place within 7 days of either bid approval or its rejection.  

A bid security will not be refunded in case of a winning bidder who refuses to sign a further purchase-sale contract.

 

OFFER

The bid should be prepared in written and include:

• the name and surname, detailed address and contact telephone number, possibly an e-mail address or company name, bidder's address, his telephone number and possibly e-mail address
• the offered car price and terms of payment
• the bidder's statement confirming that he got acquainted with the car  condition
• deposit of a bid security.

 

The bid have to be delivered to sellers office the Seller's premises Street 24, G-5/4 Diplomatic Enclave II ISLAMABAD, before noon  10^th March 2020 with note: “Offer for Toyota Land Cruiser Prado”

The bid will be rejected in case of:

• its submission after the expiry of the expected period, its submission in a wrong premises or its submission by the bidder who failed to deposit a bid security
• the bid which does not include required data mentioned in of this announcement or the data is incomplete, illegible or rise doubts and providing clarifications would let it be recognized as submitting a new bid.

 

Bid including the highest quotation will be the chosen one.

The bidder may submit only one bid.

The Bidding is valid regardless of the number of bids (in case there is at least one bid including the price equal to the minimum call price).

The buyer is obliged to pay his bid price at the cash desk of the Seller's premises.

The car delivery will take place immediately after signing a purchase-sale contract and a payment.

The tender might be closed without choosing any of the bids and with no reason announced.

The buyer will be obliged to bear any extra costs, means necessity  of cover all costs and expenses resulted from transfer of the above said car into his name.
