Announcement about the sale of used items of property of the mission by auction

The Office of the Representative of the Republic of Poland to the Palestinian National Authority announces an auction to sell used components of the mission's property. The subject of sale is a set of 45 items (furniture, office equipment with signs of use). The buyer will be obliged to ensure the transport of the purchased property components from the mission's warehouse on the agreed date.

The auction will be held on 15 of June in Ramallah at 12.00 a.m., in the mission warehouse located on level -4 of the Abraj Building, Tokyo St. 15, Ramallah.

 

A detailed list of property components and their starting prices is attached to this announcement.

 

The condition to participate in the auction is the payment of a bid guarantee of 10% of the collective starting price of NIS 334. The bid guarantee should be paid in cash on the day of the auction or by transfer to the bank account one day prior to the opening of the auction. The bid guarantee submitted by the rejected tenderers will be returned within 7 days. The bid guarantee submitted by the buyer is credited towards the purchase price. The bid guarantee is not refundable if the buyer fails to conclude the contract.

The items of property can be viewed one hour before the scheduled date of the auction after prior appointment by telephone on 05928000002, the contact person is Ms Sadeen Qubbaj.

The auction is subject to Polish law. The persons who failed to submit the bid guarantee will not be allowed to participate in the auction. The mission reserves the right to cancel the auction without giving any reason. The mission is not responsible for hidden defects of the items sold.


During the auction, it will be required to adhere to the restrictions related to the Covid pandemic, in particular, participants will be required to wear a mask and keep a distance.

Due to the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard 

  1. to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, the Awarding Entity requires the Economic Operator to submit a declaration about compliance with information requirements laid down in Art. 13 and/or Art. 14 of the GDPR, as regards natural persons from whom it directly or indirectly collected personal data for the purposes of this procedure.
  2. In addition, in connection with the Awarding Entity's processing of personal data as part of this procedure, the Awarding Entity provides an information clause as provided for in Art. 13 of the GDPR, in Section 3 below.

The duties of controller are performed by the head of diplomatic mission - Office of the Representative of the Republic of Poland to Palestinian National Authority.

  2. The recipients of your personal data will be persons or entities to which tender documentation will be disclosed under relevant laws.
  3. In accordance with Art. 97(1) of the PPL Law, your personal data will be stored for four years from the closing date of the procedure.
  4.   The requirement for you to provide personal data that relate directly to you is a statutory requirement under the relevant laws;

  13. The right to data portability referred to under Art. 20 of the GDPR;
  14. Under Art. 21 of the GDPR, the right to object to processing of personal data because your personal data are processed under Art. 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
