The inspection of the car can be made at the premises of the Embassy of Poland in Doha on working days from 23^rd February 2022 till 8^th March 2022, from 09:00 till 14:00 upon a pre-arranged visit.

 

The purchase offer should be submitted in a sealed envelope with the annotation "Purchase offer – Mercedes E300" at the premises of the Embassy of Poland in Doha on working days from

23^rd February 2022 till 8^th March 2022, from 09:00 till 14:00. The persons authorised to contact the tenderers is Ms. Agata Jukowska - email: agata.jukowska@msz.gov. pl.

 

A valid offer must include:

1. Full name or a company name of the tenderer. In the case of companies, please provide the name and function of the person authorized to represent the company;

2. The bidder's residence or seat (company) address;

3. The offered price;

4. The form of payment (to choose from: payment in cash or by bank transfer);

5. The bidder's declaration that he is familiar with the condition of the subject of the tender or that he is responsible for the consequences of resignation from the inspection.

 

The condition to participate in the tender is to pay the tender guarantee amounting to QAR 3,000 (three thousand Qatari Riyals) by 8^th March 2022. The tender bond must be paid in cash at the Embassy's petty cash desk with the note "Mercedes tender bond". The tender bonds submitted by tenderers whose offers have not been selected or have been rejected will be returned within 7 days from the date of selecting the offer. The tender guarantee submitted by the buyer is included in the price. The tender bond is not refundable in case of winning the tender if the bidder refrains from concluding the sale agreement.

 

The bids will be opened by the commission on 9^th March 2022 at 11.00 in the Embassy of Poland in Doha.

 

 

The tender committee will reject the offer if:

1. Was submitted after the specified deadline, in the wrong place or by the tenderer who did not provide the tender guarantee;

2. Does not contain the required data, or it is incomplete, illegible or otherwise doubtful, and the provision of explanations could be considered as a new offer submitting.

The commission shall immediately notify the bidder about the rejection of the offer. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to close the tender without selecting any of the offers, without giving reasons.

The sale and purchase agreement will be concluded within 3 days from the selection of the offer and after the buyer pays the purchase price including the prepaid deposit.

All possible costs, taxes and fees, including any custom duties and excise duties related to the purchase of the subject of the tender will be paid by the buyer. By entering the tender, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes and fees required by local and foreign authorities in case of taking the car outside Qatar.
