The Embassy of Poland in Doha wishes to emphasize that its Consular Section does not engage with any commercial visa or employment agencies in the acceptance and processing of visa applications. Such entities are unauthorized to secure visa appointments or influence consular decisions. The Embassy does not recommend using intermediaries as engaging them does not result in preferential treatment. It is imperative to note that only the Consul is authorized to consider visa applications and render decisions thereon. The sole expense associated with this process is the visa fee levied by the Consulate.

Furthermore, the Embassy informs that individuals desiring to obtain a Polish visa are required to schedule an appointment through the Embassy’s e-consulate portal at https://secure2.e-konsulat.gov.pl. The visa application, once registered, must be submitted in person at the Embassy by the applicant who is the subject of the visa proceeding.
