Ambassador of the Republic of Poland meets Deputy Police Commander in Chief

On 12th September 2022 Mr Janusz Janke, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Qatar met maj. gen. Roman Kuster, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Police. The meeting, held at the Police Headquarters, was an occasion to discuss the involvement of Polish police forces in securing the FIFA 2022 World Cup. In order to ensure safety during the tournament, the organizer of the World Cup cooperates with the police forces of all the countries whose teams qualified for the tournament. Polish officers invited to Qatar will monitor the situation during the matches of the Polish national team. The meeting of the Ambassador with the Deputy Police Commander in Chief was also aimed at the exchange of up-to-date knowledge on the organizational issues related to the World Cup FIFA 2022.
