Ambassador participated in the „Million Trees Initiative”

At the invitation of the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, the Ambassador has planted a tree in the new Onaizah Park in Doha. The event was attended by Director of Public Parks, Mr. Mohammed Ali Al Khouri.

Million Trees

“Million Trees Initiative” was launched by the Ministry of Municipality and Environment, under the State of Qatar’s  commitment to Paris Agreement. The aim is to promote biodiversity, improving air quality and increasing the green patch in a bid to reduce gas emissions.
