At: West Bay, Al-Qutaifiya, zone 66, p. no. 913, bldg. no. 152, Doha, Qatar, announces the sale of furniture and equipment at a live auction.

Description of the auction items: furniture and equipment in accordance with Attachment No. 1 - list of components of the auction items with starting prices and photos.

The total starting price is QAR 512 (five hundred and twelve Qatari Rials).

The furniture and equipment specified in Attachment No. 1, which are the subject of the auction, can be inspected at the Embassy of Poland in Doha on working days from 21^st November till 26^th November 2024, after prior arrangement.

Bidders interested in participating in the auction are obliged to provide the auction organizer with the following information in writing by 26^th November 2024 (in accordance with Attachment No. 2.1 - the furniture and equipment auction sale form):

1. Name and surname of the tenderer or company name. In the case of companies, please provide the name and surname and function of the person authorized to represent the company;

2. Address of residence of the bidder or company registered office address;

3. A declaration by the bidder that they are familiar with the condition of the auction items or that they are aware of the consequences resulting from waiving the inspection.

It is possible to take part in the auction only of selected items of furniture and equipment listed in the Attachment No 1. The condition for participating in the auction is to pay a deposit of 10% of the total starting price of the individual components of the mentioned furniture and equipment that the bidder will bid on. If you wish to participate in the auction of all the above-mentioned furniture and equipment the deposit will amount to  51.20 QAR (fifty one 20/100 Qatari Rials). The deposit must be paid by 26^th November 2024 in cash at the Embassy's cash desk with the note "Furniture and equipment deposit". The deposit submitted by the buyer is included in the price. The deposit is not refundable if the bidder who was awarded the highest price during the auction refrains from concluding the sale and purchase agreement.

The live auction will take place on 27^th November 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Embassy of Poland in Doha.

After opening the auction, the auctioneer will inform the bidders of:

1) the auction item,

2) the starting price,

3) the conditions regarding the increment amount,

4) the deadline for payment of the purchase price,

5) the changes in the factual and legal status of the auction subject that occurred after the announcement of the auction;

6) the company names or names and surnames of the bidders who paid the deposit and were admitted to the auction.

The auction will begin with the starting price of the individual items of tangible movable property intended for sale. 

The offered price ceases to be binding on the bidder when another bidder has offered a higher price. After the proceedings have ceased, the auctioneer, anticipating the bidders, closes the auction after the third announcement and awards the auction to the bidder who offered the highest price.

Upon acceptance, a sales contract for the auction item is concluded. The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price less the previously paid deposit immediately after the acceptance or within the deadline set by the auctioneer, no longer than 3 days from the date of acceptance. The item of sale will be handed over to the buyer immediately after the payment of the purchase price.

The auction organizer reserves the right to close the auction without selecting a buyer for the auction item, without giving reasons.

All costs, taxes and fees, including possible customs and excise duties related to the purchase of the auction item, are borne by the buyer. By participating in the auction, the buyer agrees and undertakes to pay all taxes and fees required by local and foreign authorities in the event of exporting the above-mentioned furniture and equipment outside Qatar.
