On 25th July, Ambassador Janusz Janke met with the director of the Department for European Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Ambassador Saoud Abdulla Al Mahmoud. The Polish envoy outlined, among others, the situation on the Polish-Belarusian border. The interlocutor expressed his appreciation for the scale of support of the Polish government and society for Ukrainian authorities and citizens - refugees staying in Poland.

Ambassador Saoud Abdulla Al Mahmoud also congratulated the Polish Ambassador as Poland qualified for the World Cup in Qatar and did not hesitate to add how much he is looking forward to seeing Lewandowski play in Doha.
