Paweł Jabłoński, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participates in the 20th edition of Doha Forum

During Doha Forum on 27th March, Minister P. Jabłoński participated in the panel entitled "Aggression Against Ukraine: A Defining Moment for European Security", as well as in the high-level meeting on “War in Ukraine: International Responses and Global Order”.

The panel discussion, moderated by CNN presenter Becky Anderson, was also attended by Emine Dżaparowa, Ukraine's first deputy foreign minister, Patrick Turner, NATO deputy secretary general and Dr Karin von Kippel, director general of the Royal United Services Institute.

Taking part in the event served as an opportunity to present the Polish stand on the causes and consequences of the Russian invasion, present information about the scope of aid for Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, and to deliver an appeal to the representatives of Qatar authorities, international organizations and NGOs for a firm condemnation of the Russian aggression and the fight against Russia’s disinformation activities.

During the forum, the embassy also organized Polish-Ukrainian consultations with the aim to exchange information on the political, security and humanitarian situation in Ukraine, support provided to Ukrainian refugees, as well as on actions undertaken by the governments of both countries in response to Russian aggression.
